From the moment Karen and Jon described their wedding vision—organic, romantic, and intentional in the natural beauty of Monserate Winery—we knew exactly where to begin. They wanted florals that felt effortless yet intentional, with each bloom adding to the story rather than competing for attention.

We built their design around movement, texture, and softness. The color palette—muted purples, soft pinks, and ivory—was inspired by early summer gardens and the gentle shift of light from ceremony to sunset. Each arrangement had a loose, natural shape that added depth and dimension without feeling fussy.

One of our favorite parts of this day was making the most of every bloom. After the ceremony, the altar arrangements were carefully moved to frame the sweetheart table, instantly creating a lush focal point for dinner.

Aisle florals were refreshed and styled into guest table centerpieces, ensuring each table felt as thoughtfully designed as the ceremony space. We always take a moment to rework and touch up repurposed florals so they look just as fresh as when they were first placed.

The flowers blended sculptural shapes with soft, romantic textures, layering color and form in a way that felt intentional yet completely effortless.

By playing with scale and movement, we chose blooms that brought depth and interest without ever overpowering the space. The palette—anchored in muted purples, soft pinks, and warm sand tones—flowed through each arrangement in subtle variations, perfectly complementing the natural warmth of the venue.

Florals featured throughout the design included:

Wedding color palette featuring olive green, lavender, blush pink, peach, and warm taupe tones.

Every floral detail was designed to feel like it belonged—thoughtful and intentional, but never fussy.

For the ceremony, soft garden-style clusters lined the aisle, growing fuller as they approached the altar. It created a gentle sense of build and focus, guiding guests’ eyes naturally to the couple without feeling overly staged.

At the reception, florals were layered thoughtfully across key vignettes: textured arrangements framed the cake table, the bar was accented with asymmetrical blooms that played off the surrounding greenery, and tablescapes were grounded in low, airy centerpieces with taper candles woven throughout.

When Karen and Jon stepped into the space, their smiles said it all—they were completely taken by how every detail came together. Each element added to the atmosphere without competing for attention, proof that the details really do make the space.

Karen and Jon’s Monserate Winery wedding was a celebration of effortless beauty, where every floral detail—from the aisle markers to the candlelit tablescapes—felt considered and connected. It’s the kind of design that doesn’t just decorate a space, but elevates it, turning moments into memories.

As Karen later shared, “Your creative design is absolutely brilliant! The dreamiest, most gorgeous florals for our wedding day, thank you Sam!!”
